<\/span><\/p>\n Recently our colleagues <\/span><\/a>Mohamed Debbat<\/a>, <\/span><\/a>Camilo Henao<\/a>, <\/span><\/a>Antonio Pepiciello<\/a> <\/span>and <\/span><\/a>Jose Luis Dom\u00ednguez Garc\u00eda<\/a> <\/span>from <\/span>IREC – Institut de Recerca en Energia de Catalunya<\/a> <\/span>published their latest paper on “Sliding-Mode Based Control Technique for Triple Active Bridge DC-DC Converter” within the project <\/span><\/a> <\/span>at XV International Symposium on Industrial Electronics and Applications – INDEL 2024 in Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina) held at <\/span>Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Banja Luka<\/a>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Our colleague, <\/span><\/a>Mohamed Debbat<\/a> <\/span>presented this work on the capability of interfacing various energy sources, storage units and loads, multiport converters (MPCs) are increasingly being considered in distribution system applications. As a MPC, Triple Active bridge (TAB) is one of the most relevant.<\/p>\n It is a high order nonlinear and magnetically coupled system. Design a controller, for this converter, capable to ensure stability and an efficient power sharing flow, represents a major challenge.<\/p>\n In order to solve this challenge, our colleagues from <\/span>IREC – Institut de Recerca en Energia de Catalunya<\/a> <\/span>propose a sliding mode controller It is shown that the designed controller guarantees an efficient power flow sharing and an accurate reference voltage tracking, and it proves a good robustness when the DC-bus voltage and loads are disturbed.
