Last week, the third General Assembly of the project iPLUG was hosted by <\/span>IREC – Institut de Recerca en Energia de Catalunya<\/a>\u00a0in Sant Adria de Bes\u00f2s and\u00a0<\/span>Anell<\/a>\u00a0in Granollers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

During the first day at\u00a0<\/span>IREC – Institut de Recerca en Energia de Catalunya<\/a>, there was an extensive review of the Work Packages and technical discussions regarding\u00a0<\/span>#MultiportConverters<\/a>\u00a0sizing and topologies for medium voltage applications with the main focus on the upcoming midterm review preparations for each beneficiary. Later on, during the day, we had the opportunity to visit\u00a0<\/span>IREC – Institut de Recerca en Energia de Catalunya<\/a>\u00a0Laboratory known as IREC\u00b4s Energy Smart Lab. After the visit a dinner was organized by\u00a0<\/span>IREC – Institut de Recerca en Energia de Catalunya<\/a>\u00a0were all the participants had the opportunity to network and share their experiences so far during the implementation of the project iPLUG.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the second day at\u00a0<\/span>Anell<\/a>\u00a0discussions and sessions regarding WPs were held by\u00a0<\/span>Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Padova<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>IREC – Institut de Recerca en Energia de Catalunya<\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>CITCEA-UPC<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Anell<\/a>. Later on, the attendees had the opportunity to visit Estabanell\u00b4s offices, continuing with a visit at COX, the Control Center and CT Torres i Bages, the Transformation Center.<\/span><\/p>\n
